Training Night, Acton

Requirements for attendance: You must wear orange while in the field since live ammunition will be in use. You must be a NAVHDA International member and a Yellowstone NAVHDA Chapter member for insurance purposes. Attendees should have a Montana Conservation license and a Montana State Land Use permit since this event will be held on state land. If you plan to use birds you must source your own.

Birds can be purchased through zgamebirds.com They will be shipped to you with 2 day delivery if you are in Billings or the surrounding area. 

We will gather at 5:30pm to have a quick meeting of introductions and to discuss the training plan. The meeting will conclude by 6:00pm and training will begin. There will be 3 areas for training; 1 - Utility field, 2 - Natural Ability field, 3 - General obedience field. Training will conclude at sunset.

We need volunteers to help facilitate the different training areas. We will reach out to attendees to confirm roles when we get closer to the training day. Volunteers will run their dogs first to ensure they get the chance.
